Dorrington Matthee Consulting has a special competency in helping companies develop a strategic approach, as opposed to merely a compliance approach, to Black Economic Empowerment.
We have developed an advisory process to assist clients to develop and implement practical B-BBEE strategies which make business sense. We are able to assist clients with the strategic, legal, financial, people and organisational issues which are raised when embarking on a B-BBEE programme. All our interventions are based on the South African Constitution, the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 and the Gazetted Codes of Good Practice, and where applicable, the industry sector codes.
