Elsa Frylinck

Elsa Frylinck obtained her B Acc LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2006. She continued with her studies part time at UCT and graduated in 2009 with a LLM degree, specializing in Commercial Law. Elsa finds the numerous opportunities and challenges of black economic empowerment in the Commercial Law environment fascinating and decided to focus her dissertation on analyzing the structuring of B-BBEE Ownership deals in the Listed Environment.

Prior to joining the Dorrington Matthee team, Elsa worked as a senior verification analyst at one of the accredited rating agencies. She was closely involved in the accreditation process. Elsa joined Dorrington Matthee Consulting in 2008, where her main focus is B-BBEE Ownership structuring, Employee Ownership Schemes and preparing clients for verification.

Apart from work, Elsa enjoys the outdoors and adventure sport, such a trail running and mountain biking.
