Louisa studied LLB at the University of Stellenbosch only to realize her true passion by completing her MA (Development Studies) in 2016 with UNISA. Louisa first joined Dorrington Matthee Consulting in 2014 recognising the potential to create an enabling environment for creating sustainable development through empowerment within the B-BBEE sphere.

Louisa heads up the B-BBEE division at Dorrington Matthee Consulting which focuses on creating sustainable turn-key B-BBEE solutions that maximize potential benefits for both the client and all beneficiaries. Her background in Social development has generated a deeper understanding of the socio-economic issues facing South Africa and has garnered a specialised passion for Skills Development. Although she specialises in the implementation of Skills Development initiatives Louisa has extensive experience in terms of all elements on the B-BBEE scorecard.
